I regularly need to update the facebook page and twitter status of my website. To avoid typing the same status twice, we can use the link to twitter feature of facebook page.
This link you will get in the Update Info > Resources section of you facebook page.
Once you click on the link you will be taken to the page where you will need to authorise facebook on twitter.
Once you are done with it, you will see the linked status as below.
Now anything you update on facebook page will automatically update the twitter status as well.
